What we collect
When you fill out a quote request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you type in: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your home, vehicles, or coverage needs. We use it for one thing, to prepare your quote and follow up with you about it.
Like most websites, our hosting also records basic technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit. We use that in aggregate to see which pages are useful and to keep the site running smoothly.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your request, prepare quotes with the insurance carriers we work with, and contact you about your coverage. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
To quote your insurance, we may share your information with the insurance companies we work with. That's a normal part of how an independent agency shops your coverage. The carriers can't give you a price without knowing what they're pricing.
Text messages and phone calls
If you give us your phone number and ask to be contacted, we'll use it for quotes, policy service, and renewal reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. We never use your number for anything unrelated to your insurance.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work. We don't run advertising trackers.
How long we keep information
Quote requests and related correspondence are kept as long as needed to serve your policy and meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to insurance agencies. If you never become a client, we delete your information when it's no longer useful.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (405) 285-3218 or email the office and we'll take care of it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to it within the office. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new date at the top.
